Slavery--West Indies. Abolition movement. "John Bull" peers through a telescope at a coast [of Africa?] while a man next to him offers "Pictures of Negro Slavery" or slaves being whipped. Images include sugar warehouse, Black people dancing in distance, petitions to buy only East India sugar, pamphlets against Negro slavery, preacher preaching against slavery, and dog urinating on a petition "to think on Poor Pat."
